The PHA is currently looking for landlord partners.  Incentives to participate in the program by leasing to our voucher holders include:

• $1,000 or more Bonuses -the PHA is able to offer special landlord incentives for a LIMITED time, with any one lease eligible for up to two bonus payments!  Bonus funds will be awarded to landlords who…
  • One full month’s rent bonus for any new lease with an Emergency Housing Voucher or Mainstream Voucher participant.
  • $1,000 if you lease to a new  VASH Voucher holder.
  • $1,000 for your first unit to sign a lease and contract with the PHA and one of our participants.
  • $1,000 for a new lease in one of our Neighborhoods of Opportunity (a census tract with under 20% poverty rate based on American Community Survey data), including tracts 15, 21.01, 23, 24, 32, 33, 34, and 35 ONLY. (To see what tract your unit is in, click here.)

• Online landlord portal to manage payments, listings, communicate with the PHA, view documents, etc.
• Consistent monthly direct deposits of rental payments into your account.
• Training and how to’s offered regularly by our staff and partners who are experts in their respective fields.
